Additionally, a forgotten personal item received no assistance or support afterward. This experience was extremely disappointing and should never happen to guests."

"My main memory will be about the dinner and breakfast. Both were phenomenal. A real experience. The only downsides were that the room felt a bit tired and the bathroom smelled of stagnant water and had some little bugs in the shower. The staff was super helpful and responsive. "

"It's a great location away from the busy life of the city. The lake is crystal clear and great to swim in though we did not see other swimmers. The rooms are small, yet suffice. I'll probably come back again. "
