"We enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The ocean view with balcony was wonderful. There isn’t any walkable beach or ocean swimming at the resort, but the pool is good and It has good ocean views. Along side the pool are some barbecues and eating area. The kitchen was more then adequate and well supplied."

"We had a wonderful stay! This property was perfect for our large family, with five very comfortable beds and five bathrooms, though the online descriptions are a bit misleading. The 2nd floor primary has an en suite, but no shower (just a large jacuzzi tub). The other bedroom on the 2nd floor does not have an en suite. (The 2nd bathroom on floor 2 is a guest bathroom just off the kitchen.) We appreciated the large dining table where we could all sit together for meals and games. We spent many hours in and around the pool because it was clean and relaxing. The on-site laundry was also clean and convenient. Nice to have free on-site parking, but tricky pulling out onto the busy road. Overall, this was a spacious, comfortable Family-friendly property."

"Had a great time with family. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the Lanai. Very clean and open. We were disappointed about the pool next to the unit being closed for 6 out of the 7 days we were there. We only got to use it our 1st day. Lucky for us there was another pool to use. I did buy a couple of extra towels for the 2nd bathroom. The front door sticks and had to figure out how to lock it but over all had a great time. Thank you"

"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"My son and I traveled here for our first trip to Hawaii- and our first trip just the two of us. We absolutely loved our time in Kona, and this was the perfect home away from home. The space was bright, airy, and always comfortable and cool. I spent many mornings having coffee on the lanai and evenings relaxing there after our daily adventures. I especially loved hearing the birds singing and the one sweet zebra dove in particular who became my morning coffee companion.Brent was wonderful to communicate with before and throughout our stay, and was especially reassuring when Lala came through and we weren’t sure how it might affect our plans. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The Kona coffee in the welcome basket was an especiallylovely touch! The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook and prepare meals (including the freshest, most delicious fruit from the Kona Farmers Market). We also really appreciated having beach supplies available for our days out.One of my favorite parts of our stay was sitting outside each evening watching the sunset and hearing the conch being blown. Such a special way to end each day. We made some wonderful memories here and hope to be back!"
