Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and place in laundry room on floor. Place all rinsed dirty dishes in DW, add soap from under kitchen sink.
Remove all garabge and food from fridge, throw away in green exterior garbage can.
If grill was used, clean and place cover back on. Close game room door and turn off all lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fantastic Location, Beautiful Home

We stayed for the week with family ranging from 15 to 70 and had a great time. The view from the dining room is fantastic. The location/distance from Osage Beach, Ha Ha Tonka, the lake, etc was perfect. Very clean. Communication with Mark was incredible; best of any VRBO we’ve stayed at. Highly recommended.
