"This is the most delightful country hotel. From the outdoor space to the incredible buffet breakfast and adorable rooms.. one member of our party left something behind and the owner of the hotel kindly called us to let us know so we could go back and pick it up. "This is a family run hotel that feels like home. I stay here every time I visit Erlangen, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the people reflect the quiet welcoming friendliness of the Franconian people. I would stay no where else and I hope they never change. BTW breakfast has real Black Forest kirsch-jam and smoked ham! Fresh croissants and baurenbrot - all very German."
