The room was very basic but it met my needs. Bed was comfy, linens very nice. But best it is located within feet of many shops, restaurants and the Central Market. It really served my purpose for a short stay. And the breakfast was delicious!

Location is great, walkable to everything in Athens. Food at this hotel was excellent!!!

The property itself was cleaned regularly, and a pleasure to walk inside. It’s the outside that could use some refreshing. One step off of the manicured entry stairs, were broken concrete slabs and tiles, to “watch your step” dark and dreary walls that could use a pressure washing, and brighter lighting.

We just wrapped up a wonderful 3-night stay at NLH Mati Seafront. the hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located in proxity to other beach towns and Athens. Two major highlights for us were the incredible breakfast buffet each morning—which offered a fantastic variety of fresh options—and the beautiful beach area, which was the perfect spot to swim and unwind. What truly made our time here unforgettable was Evi. She went completely out of her way to look after us, showing incredible flexibility and a genuine desire to make our stay the absolute best it could be. Her warm hospitality and attentiveness turned a great stay into an exceptional one.
