We had one night in Heraklion. This hotel was just perfect for us. Very close to the center of the Heraklion. Just for a few minutes, you have so many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious for family of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful with ocean and islands. Breakfast buffet was excellent with so many choices. Highly recommend.

I told my daughters to europe as a graduation present and our 1st stop at Athina Palace Resort and Spa was amazing. When we checked in after midnight, they had a light dinner and wine waiting for us. The staff was responsive, helpful, friendly and professional. The resort was clean and the food was delicious. My only small complaint is a more consistent schedule for the shuttle service around the resort. Other than that, everything was perfect!
