"Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice."

"Great location right in centre. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms are a little old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Housekeeping limited, rooms were not cleaned or beds made during out 4 day stay. We had a good view from our rooms with balcony and window seats. It was lovely to look out at the light park and snowy mountains. Decent breakfast buffet. Swimming pool and spa were lovely. Just perfect to unwind after a day in the snow. "there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges"
