Property has no staff on site most of the time. Self check in was frustrating. No help via WhatsApp because they take days to answer and have no one on site. So if you’re super self sufficient this is the place for you.

Usually I don’t write many reviews but this I have to do it. This hotel is 10 out of 10. The staff is super friendly and smiling and make small jokes 😊 The breakfast is on top. Everything you need. The pool, sauna and gym were really well maintained, very clean and a nice place to spent some free time. There was drinking water everywhere. The sky bar is also a beautiful fancy place to see the sunset and have a nice cocktail. The rooms are very spacious, beds very comfortable and very clean. The view of the hotel is breathtaking - very panoramic. It is also located literally next to the public transport. If I visit Helsinki again, I will definitely stay here 😊

Excellent room. Would stay again but would try to figure out how housekeeping works. They come unscheduled (not daily service) and no way to know when to secure valuables etc. Also the elevator noice (ding dong) goes in all night and I could hear it in my room. I’d definitely request a room away from it.

"I traveled with my daughter and the room was very comfortable. The beds were very nice and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options for my celiac daughter. Metro, tram and bus stops were just a five minute walk away and there is a 24 hour supermarket also about 5 minutes away ..."
