"Dirty floor, noisy ventilation, no control over room temperature, bad smell, furniture in poor condition, noisy rooms next door and above, poor quality television, bathroom in bad condition. "

"There was no laundry, no breakfast, and the AC in the room wasn't working properly, until a staff member came in to fix it. I woke up to zero hot water, so I had an ice cold shower. I told staff and she said we will fix it next time. There will be no next time, thanks."

"While the hotel isn’t a five star, the experience was. Staff were helpful when we arrived a bit early with our baby in tow. Room was clean and air conditioning worked great for the hot weekend we enjoyed. Food at the cafe downstairs was great and staff were attentive to our dietary restrictions. Gluten free options VERY much appreciated. We would come back for sure. Thanks for a great stay. "
