"If you stay here check your blankets.. there was blood and mystery stains on ours and my sisters too. The front desk guy was awesome took me to change rooms, I found 4 other rooms with blankets with mystery stains before finding one that was clean.. but you get what pay for I guess. The front desk attendant was also disgusted. "

"Beautiful hotel and amazing front desk staff. We had a cleanliness issue in the room, which took two days to resolve. The front desk staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make sure it was taken care of. The pool area was better than the picture. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Thought it strange no soap dish. Coffee maker very poor, unusual type and could only use coffee supplied. TV difficult to use. Thought instructions would be appreciated for TV and clock/alarm."

"I always stay at the Coast Capri Hotel whenever I’m in Kelowna, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It’s just an easy, reliable place to stay every time. It may not be ultra-modern, but it’s well maintained and great value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will definitely keep coming back!"
