"Our host Nikki was very good at communicating.The house was set up in a very welcoming way with plenty of beach towels and even snorkeling gear and boogie boards to use. They provided laundry detergent and some extras in the kitchen that made cooking easy. They have a full kitchen that works well. We did not know ahead of time that you must go up a fairly long flight of stairs to get to the house. The location to travel to several beaches is very good. The beds were very comfortable. There is no beach within direct walking distance, but you can see the ocean and hear the ocean from the house which was really beautiful. The neighbors were pleasant. The beaches we explored were close - Sharks Cove and Turtle Beach are within a 20 minute drive. The other direction 25 minutes down the road was Kualoa Ranch where they filmed many movies and have tours and horse back riding. The house has a very special significance we did not know about before staying there. The artwork throughout the home is of Jon Mozo. The house unveils the story of this wonderful man and their families journey after his untimely death. It is a beautiful surprise that made our trip all the more meaningful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We had many great memories made there and hope to visit again in the future. "

"Location. Location. Location. Janet’s condo is in a fantastic location within a few steps of a wonderful beach with turtles and beautiful sunrises. There is an ocean view from the condo but has some obstruction from a building in front of the condo. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is great with hot water. While we were there, the complex was being updated and the construction noise outside was loud at times. It didn’t bother us because we would leave shortly after the construction crew arrived to go out exploring during the day. We loved the location and would definitely stay here again. "

"Great stay right on the beach with great snorkeling! Sound of waves at night, sunrise view from the cabin. Kitchen is fully stocked. Bring your coffee to enjoy at sunrise. "

"Amazing close access to super amazing and more calm beaches for waves which is ideal for middle age kids who aren't as water savvy. Excellent towels with sugar and coffee filters and pancake syrup to help first settling in. Backpack Beach chairs in closet were genius. Fans were loud but i didn't mind as it helped drop the temp in this second story condo unit to keep the temps down. The view was a wild sight every morning to a fresh cup of coffee that you can grind up yourself with the blender. Lots of turtles here and not crazy for rocks when in the crystal blue turquoise water. The few rock perches there are is where the turtles hang out.Only slight thing to note is that there are not two bedrooms, its one open room that has a sliding divider to divide the larger bed in the partition from the trundle bed that pulls out a separate bed underneath it. Nothing wrong with it at all as easily sleeps for four just hard to understand "bedroom 1 / bedroom 2" from the pics of the listing.Still worked amazing for our home base needs to explore oahu for the first time. Absolutely great for other families of 4!"

"Great house and better location for our ohana of 16. Our kids had the best time making memories with the included boogie boards and surf boards. The adults made good use of the outside patio overlooking the water. Fantastic location for PCC, Shark’s Cove, and desirable eating options. "
