"All about waking up every morning to see that beautiful sunrise with that beautiful view. Host was amazing and always available if we needed anything. We definitely didn’t need anything due to a well thought out place that had everything we needed. The folder had great information and every detail was thought of. Chris did a wonderful job making it unique with personal touches to make us feel welcome. We had no interest in staying at the busy Waikīkī city and found a perfect place away from that. A hosting with A views."

"The place came with everything you might want when going on a trip from cooler, beach chairs, all amenities and even washer and dryer inside unit. It was nice having beach in backyard and food nearby. Only downside is there was not many but a few roaches and parking can be tough inside the hotels parking lot. There is multiple places to park very close to hotel so that’s not too bad."

"Overall it was ok. The sofa bed is not usable. It’s stained and dirty and when we pulled it out a bunch of cockroaches went scurrying The construction noise didn’t bother us but the parking lot was very hard to navigate. The parking spaces are very small, we had an 8 seat vehicle and could not navigate the parking space easily. Several times someone else was in our parking spot. The “BNL” spots were not available when needed Also, it’s almost impossible to not bring sand into a unit when the condo is on the beach- even after showering off outside The pictures shown are pretty accurate with what the condo looks like inside. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have beach accessories available for use"

"Great location with a beautiful beach to walk on and snorkel from. Lots of sea turtles! The listing said two bedrooms but technically it’s one bedroom and a daybed in the main living room. The view couldn’t be more perfect and the grounds were beautiful. Would stay again."

"Great location, exactly as pictured!We had a nice stay here—the place looks exactly like the photos and you can't beat being right on the beach!We did have an issue with the AC when we checked in, but the hosts were responsive and had it completely replaced two days later. The beach chairs provided were a nice thought, though they've seen better days and could use an upgrade.The only real downside was the parking situation, which was tougher than expected. We were initially told we could park in the BHL or hot-pink marked spots, but security informed us only BHL spots were allowed, and there aren't many of them. On the bright side, if you end up having to park down at the local store, you can grab your essentials and a hot dinner—just keep in mind it’s a bit farther than just "across the street.""

"First off, the view and proximity to the ocean was perfect! Plus we even got to see a Hawaiian Monk Seal napping on the beach on the first day. We had such a wonderful vacation to the North Shore and are so sad to have to leave and come back to reality. Check-in was a breeze, parking was close to elevator and the condo had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!"
Beachfront Studio Steps to the Ocean & Pool

"I can’t say enough good things about this very amazing location. If you want to want to get away from the city bustle and tourist trap of Waikiki, this is your spot. The water is calm enough for children and the snorkeling is fantastic. I personally thought it was better than Hanauma Bay (too many people and not as many fish). We booked this place for the location, and the unit provided basics for what we needed. It was clean, spacious for 2 people, and exactly as advertised. The communication and check-in was excellent. Always reachable and very responsive. The construction was not an issue and the management group was very upfront with the construction challenges, including parking access. The food trucks across the street rival some of the bigger known food trucks. Try the shaved ice across the street, too. The town has its charm. If you are spending more time on the north shore, this is a great base camp for 2 people. 30 mins to Sharks Cove, 15 to Kualoa Ranch. There’s a portable AC unit that is convenient on hot nights and plenty of fans in unit. There’s going to be small bugs but they come from outside, they are everywhere in the tropics. The unit is comfortable and provides for all your basic needs, but the location and beach is my favorite. Morning roosters won’t let you miss the sunrise. Shout out to the security company that provides 24 hour security on the property, very kind and helpful folks. I would stay here again, most definitely. "
