The food options are great, and as a vegan I had a number of options every meal which is different to usual holiday locations. The new and old buildings mean there's plenty of space for everyone and you can always find a sunbed"

We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. "Very helpful staff, ceru clean, recently refurbished room and hotel, excellent location if you re not driving can walk anywhere in chania and easy access to the beach. If you re driving parking can be a nightmare."

"The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "
