The pool was pretty dirty as well as the hot tub. I have seen worse, however.
The breakfast was supposed to go till 9am or 10. either way, we got there 40 mins before breakfast time was over and there was only 1 hot thing available to eat, initially there was a few other things. a big vat of soft potatoes with a couple scrambled eggs was left. If breakfast doesn't actually go as long as the time allotted, you should let your customers know so they can get their earlier. most ppl dont want to get up that early for breakfast so most of us arrived in that last hr and nothing was left pretty much. was sad. nice that they serve it at all. but just give more accurate info! Room was VERY clean. :)

No coffeemaker in the room. Their reason was to cut down on “plastic cups” but that doesn’t make sense.
Yes, you can go up to the lobby and request a coffee maker but I don’t know why it was an issue.

It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections.
The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands.
They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of graduation from the university which is why we were in the area.
