These folks have thought of everything and their staff is a very thoughtful team. If you have logistical questions they respond on time in English. "

"My favourite thing about the stay was the view. We had booked the mountain view and it just so happened that the day had clear skies which meant a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. Staff was very friendly and spoke good enough English to get us settled in. The room itself was very clean and spacious. Our stay included breakfast and the food was amazing. Buffet style breakfast ensured we had enough food to give us energy to visit neighbouring shrines in the area. The cheap bike rentals was also an added bonus. Usually they’re expensive by the station but at the Hotel it was 500 yen for 3 hours if I’m not mistaken. There is a lady who works the gift shop and I’d like to say she was very welcoming and thoughtful. She helped with forwarding our luggage to the next hotel and gave us tips about our next location. She waved us goodbye as we left the hotel. Overall, amazing stay. Food is great, staff is amazing, the view is stellar."

"I had an excellent stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen and would like to especially thank Ms. Sakahara, the front desk receptionist. She went above and beyond to help me recover a suitcase I accidentally left on the bus from Shinjuku. She was warm, professional, calm, and proactive, immediately contacting the bus company and station to assist me. Her excellent communication skills and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. She is truly an outstanding employee and a great representative of the hotel. Combined with the comfortable rooms, relaxing onsen, and overall high quality of service, I would confidently give this hotel five stars and highly recommend it."
