Spa treatments are quickly booked out so I recommend biking it as soon as you arrive. The hot springs is a pleasure of a whole new level.

I liked that it provided free shuttle to the hotel from the bus/train station. The room was clean and staff were kind. They allowed us to hold our luggage at the lobby free of charge after check out so we can explore the area a bit more before heading out. They provided free coffee/drinks and late night snacks for their guests. The hot tub on the balcony overlooking mount fuji was beautiful! They had private onsen, but it didn’t look so clean and sanitary inside, so we just stayed at our balcony hot tub. The breakfast buffet’s food was mediocre, nothing impressive.

Stayed as part of our Japan honeymoon, and it blew our minds. We arrived on a cloudy day but when we woke the next morning to clear skies the view of Mt Fuji from our balcony was simply incredible! We thought the buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff are wonderful, can’t wait to return in the future!

Beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with great view of Mount Fuji. Quiet location outside of town. Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. More free amenities than most hotels, like free coffee all day. Would highly recommend to stay here

We stayed here after hiking Mt.Fuji. Best decision ever. They have private spa rooms of different styles to soak in. Very deserving after a long hike. Hotel is also very clean and offers lots of snacks and other benefits

Easy to get to, helpful transfer bus to and from Kawaguchi station and lovely rooms. The view of Mt Fuji from the bathtub is awesome! Breakfast is plentiful with enough for western travelers to enjoy. Free glass of wine and coffee in the lobby with a free snack was also great. We loved our 2 night stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at La Vista Hotel. It’s a beautifully designed hotel with a unique character that really stands out. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to fully enjoy the experience. If I visit Lake Kawaguchi again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Majestic view of mount fuji from room, the room is clean, and the private onsen was nice. Free ramen offered for supper. But there is more tourist group here. Overall very good experience!!
