"Room was spotlessly clean and the reception staff friendly & welcoming. The hotel was very quiet despite being close to two busy roads, we didn't hear any nouse. Although a little bit out of town, the hotel is well connected by bus and tram and it's easy to get to the centre."
"I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!AVOID! We booked and get there in the middle of the night, they did not have a room for us, they charged us tho. We got dirty room after hour of negotiations. We left as early as we could in the morning, awful experience! "
"The hotel is great, but unfortunately one can hear the train "
"Plenty of free parking. Excellent quality breakfast with lots of options. Beds comfortable. Quiet area. Supermarket and pharmacy next door. 15 mins to airport. Nothing to complain about except maybe have few more hangers in the wardrobes."
"Breakfast very poor, low selection an old constantly the contanairs were empty. Very narrow space so you have to wait till other will leave before you can pick some food. Staff unfriendly don't say or tell you much. You have to ask if you would like to know anything. Money driven staff no focus on customer service. Not recommended. Very loud on corridors no reaction from the staff."
