"We had a lovely holidays from the moment we arrived Reception staff were lovely and helpful,the food and drinks which were available all day long were excellent and kind staff. We especially loved the bar in the pool ,different music programs every night and relaxing gardens surrounded all the hotel. Thank you all the staff for making our holiday so special and definitely will recommend it, we will came back"

"The hotel looks very new, with big clean rooms with strong a/c, and a nice pool area. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is simply amazing - very close to the airport, yet very quiet. If you rent a car, you get to any nearby beach in under 30 minutes."

"Rooms are clean with daily cleaning of sheets and towels, food was good always something to eat even for fussy eaters. Snacks around the pool. Staff were always very friendly and accommodating. Entertainment most nights. Only downside would be it’s up a steep hill but views were beautiful."
Rodos Palace Hotel

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

"This hotel has it all. It’s stunning, well thought out, the sea views are endless, the staff are happy and helpful. If you are wanting a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location this place is for you. However; the food is where I feel the hotel needs a little upgrading. I can only speak as a non-suite guest with access to only the buffet and snack bar, these were not what I would expect from a 5*. The à la carte restaurants looked truly amazing though and if we can ever come back and get a suite we will."

"Great hotel Plenty of food, coffee, meals were good little bit repetitive, more fruit varieties for breakfast would be nice, plenty of cooked breakfast. Desserts were amazing! Pools fantastic. Good to see the beds are patrolled so plenty available and you can't leave towels on to reserve them they will remove them after 30 mins!. Good gym and a nice indoor pool. Entertainment was good, no annoying kids disco on til late! (Sorry!) Proper ice-cream or whippy ice-cream available all day too! Plenty of options for day trips. Would definitely return!"

"Room not that clean. Air con. From top floor leaking over our terrace. Staff were friendly we had 2 compliments from management bottle red wine and small gift (local souvenirs) juice for the kids. Nice bathroom toiletries. Long queue for drinks by the pool bar and on the evening. If you are coffee lover in a morning no optional espresso coffee barista aor frappe. Nice garden. Animators program same every day(bingo, disco) . Poor kids club. Taxi from / to airport about 20€ 3 people.Also to rhodes old town. For 5 days exploring Rhit was not to bad."
