"Fantastic service, quick response from problem. A very kind receptionist girl . One thing be careful, it was French speaking customer gathering and those sign were all French. fortunately I could speak French . Otherwise a bit difficult situation 😜"

"Very poor quality food, limited choices, poor housekeeping, in our 10 day stay, our sheets were changed once, the room was not cleaned at all. The pool dirty/cloudy and constantly full of bugs, and was generally in bad condition with broken lights, tiles (with sharp edges) and plagued with ants. Drinks were the usually cheap all inclusive type, and frequently some types were out of stock. Staff were generally friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay again."

"The staff and family who ran this hotel were amazing and so helpful. The food was lovely and was presented in the morning in a basket for breakfast and anything not used could be taken away for your lunch. The rooms all had well fitted kitchens and the place was so peaceful and relaxing with a great location near the small town of Pastida. Lots of return customers which tells you everything about how good this hotel was."

Möblerna på balkongen var nära på barnstorlek, en ginjlig plastsoffa och bord. Vi hade halvpension och både frukost och middag var medelmåttig. Över lag trevlig personal, ett medelmåttligt hotell. Botten våningen låg en meter under markytan, hade vi fått ett sådant rum hade vi bytt hotell."

The location of the house and its facilities were great. Being 5 meters from the pool and 20 meters from the sea gives indescribable freedom and happiness. We had a perfect holiday as 12 adults and 2 children. It was extremely nice to have a bathroom, WC and air conditioning in every room of the house. Having a constant sweet breeze was also very good in not feeling the heat. It's a place I would visit again if I had the chance and I would definitely recommend it."
An Impressive Beachfront Luxury Retreat with Private Beach

"The location of Villa Liam is perfect. The stunning sea views and pool were picture postcard perfect. It is only 20 mins from the airport and within 5-10 mins drive of wonderful restaurants and a supermarket offering the essentials.
Inside the villa is well equipped and all the en-suite bedrooms are functional. There is a ground floor bedroom which was perfect for our elderly parents.
A few very small additions would have made the stay a bit more convenient/ comfortable:
a) a small welcome pack of basic provisions to get started. We arrived at the villa around 9.30pm after a very long day of travelling. Basic tea, coffee, milk would have been very appreciated.
b) Other than utensils, cutlery and crockery, the kitchen was bare. Salt, pepper, herbs etc would be basic things to include with self catering accommodation.
c) Bathrooms only had an all in one shampoo/body wash. Hand soap was only provided in the kitchen.
I would class Villa Liam as premium, both in terms of the accommodation and the pricing, therefore these are little suggestions to improve the basic offering.
However none of these stopped us having a wonderful week with family in the most stunning of settings. "
