The large garden features a private seating area with a beach chair, table, and chairs. You can park your car in a designated parking space along the property boundary.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are located on the ground floor and all face south. They are very spacious and well-equipped. Wi-Fi, a telephone, a smart TV, a hi-fi system, and a Blu-ray player are available.
