Leider nicht zu empfehlen

In das Haus wurde in den letzten 25 Jahren nichts investiert. Alles alt inkl. aller Matratzen. Am meisten nervte das die Terassentür nicht zu öffnen war, also muss man um das ganze Haus herum. Das war der durchaus bemühten Argentur ( das Haus wird nicht vor Ort vom Park verwaltet! die überreichen nur den Schlüssel und sind eher genervt) bekannt, dauert halt. Wahrscheinlich bleibt es so. Der Zaun fehlt auf einer Seite, mit Hund blöd. Man kommt nur mit einem Auto in den Park, auch zum be-und entladen. Für die Miete gibt es bessere Häuser.

Sehr dreckig

Der Roompot Park und die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Allerdings war das Haus sehr ungepflegt! Die Küche klebte, egal wo man angefasst hat, die Dichtungen vom Kühlschrank waren voll Schimmel, Schränke nicht ausgewischt...! Betten und Polstermöbel total durchgesessen! Wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig, aber der Zustand dieses Objektes hat uns vor die Tür getrieben. Sehr Schade!

Die Lage ist ganz nett, aber das Haus selber ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Sessel ist total verschliessen und das Innenleben kommt an den Lehnen bereits raus. Die Couch ist mindestens 20 Jahre alt und komplett durchgesessen. Die Küchen und Einrichtungsmöbel sind alt und klapperig. Für ein Wochenende hat es gereicht.

DER PARK WAR SEHR GUT. Nur das Catet 782 lies zu wünschen über. Die ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft. Es war zuwenig Besteck im Objekt und Kaffeetassen waren auch zuwenig da. Mussten uns selber noch Tassen und Besteck kaufen. Die Matrazen der Betten waren zum schlafen nicht geeignet. Im Zimmer mit Doppelbett war der Schranck defekt ( Türe ausgebrochen. Der Eigentümer sollt mal was inwestieren und nicht nur Geld kassieren. Objekt war auserdem sehr staubig, über den Türen und Fenstern sehr viele Spinnengewebe. Die Fenster müssten auch mal wieder geputzt werden. MfG Stefan Tillmanns

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Mobilheim

Das Haus war größtenteils sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Sitzmöbel und Matratzen sind in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Objektzustand nicht ganz ok

Die Lage war OK,aber WiFi im Objekt nicht Gartenzaun ja. So näher wie man an dem Haus kommt desto schlechter das WLAN. Sauberkeit Haus ging nur im Badezimmer sehr viel schwarzer Schimmel auch an Decke. Stand zwar noch ein vollen Aschenbecher auf Terrasse . Und unter Bett lagen noch Ohrstöpsel. Und im ganze müsste das Häuschen mal gründlich renoviert werden. Draußen die Regenrinne ist kaputt und kleiner Schuppendach ist auch kaputt.

Durchgelegene Matratzen, ebenso das Sofa. Insgesamt ein liebloses, veraltetes Mobiliar. Kein WLAN das Ferienhaus ist viel zu teuer für den nicht vorhandenen Komfort. Bei dem Geräteschuppen ist das Dach kaputt und die Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen waren komplett vergammelt. Hier waren wir nur einmal und nie wieder

Schönes kleines Häuschen mit einigen Mankos!

Leider kein WLAN im Haus empfangbar, da das Objekt am Rande des wohnparks liegt. Auch auf Nachfrage war man nicht in Lage den Empfang zu verbessern. Schaade.die Wohnzimmer Couch hat auch schon bessere Tage erlebt. Was sehr negativ aufgefallen ist die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert auch auf Nachfrage da wir 2 recht kühle Nächte hatten.

Entspannt urlauben am Meer

In der Anlage haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus gefiel uns sehr gut. Das Raumangebot war für 4 Erw. und ein Kleinkind optimal. Alles entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Sehr negativ empfanden wir die Versorgung mit einem "schnellen" Essen aus dem Imbiss.Endlose Warteschlangen und oft nicht das Bestellte bekommen. Im Restaurant viel zu lange Wartezeit. Und sehr großes Chaos bei der Bestellung. Personal nett, aber überfordert.
