Perfectly located for the Sepilok orang utan and Borneo bear sanctuaries! Also the RDC! The hotel is set in a beautiful location and is full of stunning views! The owners were very welcoming and willing to share their passionate stories about the hotel! Breakfast was good - different on both mornings. ...

Phone didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. Offered us another room. AC didn’t work and had to be reset. Room safe didn’t work and had to be fixed with new batteries. The safe was not set of bolted down and anyone could have walked away with the safe.
