"I don't get room when arrived at 1.30pm. All room sold out.Front desk say they have not get any information from hotel.com when I show them your confirmation note from my email. I walk away and find other hotel..I'm piss!!"

"Booked a family room for 3 adults plus a kid. So essentially they had 4 single beds made to look like 2 queens, all lined up side-by-side. In effect 4 people are sleeping together in one gigantic bed. And there was no space to even split the beds much less to walk without tripping. "we stayed there because it is very near the jetty for our trip to the sky mirror ( 5 mins. walk) It is clean, restaurants and convenience stores are around the area. Also across the road from Bukit Malawati which we visited. Don't expect extra comfort and luxury for the price, but clean safe and convenience. And the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Please note that It has no elevator/lift for those who cannot climb stairs."
