"Very bad experience staying in this hotel, toilet horrible dirty, bed side lamp not functioning, bad smell in the room, worthless for RM250.00 per night, Expedia should send inspector to inspect the hotel room condition, i will never go back again, and also pass this bad experience to my friends."

"We booked this hotel because its near to kuala kedah jetty about 15-20 min by car. We are really satisfied with the room and the staff really helpful. We stayed only for 1 night before we transit to langkawi island early morning the next day. Clean hotel since guests need to take off shoes outside main door or in the locker they prepared. Nice hotel and recommended place to stay for transit!"

"It was tremendously a BAD stay. Booked a room for 3, upon checking-in, was told to go behind to another location of the same. No parking avail, ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY.. No latch lock in room, towels were not clean, no reception, no security avail in the building. Entrance to the rooms - NOT SECURED ( 3 LEVELS OF ENTRY ) Have taken videos of the INSECURITY. Reception informed to complain to Hotels.com for refund as he had acknowledged the Insecurity of the premise . "

"The room was clean and big enough for just one of me.Located near the Alor Setar Mall and not too far from my favourite Nasi kandar join, Nasi Kandar Daniel.You should give this hotel a try. Parking is not a problem too. Staff at the reception is friendly."
