"My wife and I recently had a fantastic experience at the DoubleTree. While the warm welcome cookie is always a nice touch, the true highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service, particularly from a staff member named Jordan. We had an unexpected and very late flight change, which presented a real problem for us regarding checkout. Jordan handled our situation with incredible grace and professionalism. Understanding our dilemma, he went above and beyond to arrange a much-needed late checkout for us. This simple act of kindness and flexibility relieved so much stress and allowed us to relax and prepare properly for our extended travel day. Jordan's helpfulness truly turned a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant and manageable one. It’s employees like him who make a hotel stand out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, but the service we received, especially from Jordan, is why we will definitely be choosing the DoubleTree again. "Setia Shopping mall is connected from Hotel 1M level. It is very convenient. The traffic to Klang area was smooth. Breakfast was good. You can enjoy Starbucks coffee."

"The hotel its self is the on the 8th floor of a building and up. The building is new as well as the hotel. The pool is beautiful and the view at sunset gorgeous; however the rest of the day your view is industry. Its in an INDUSTRIAL district. I don’t recommend. I only stayed because i got a package deal. I tried to leave but they refused a refund. You can’t walk around outside at all. Its not safe. I love KL and my favorite part is walking around. Only stay if you plan on NOT WALKING AROUND OUTSIDE. Hotel rooms just ehh. Like at first glance wow looks nice, but then you notice the cheapness. They don’t properly clean your room. "
