We loved the breakfast buffet; the staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful and made our stay just so joyous. When we needed ice, housekeeping was very happy to bring it to our room.

Got upgraded to a suite which was very nice of them. Property and suite were clean and well maintained, and the beach was really nice. Food on the resort is average and would suggest Waimea for really good restaurants.

Our stay at the Westin on the beach was absolutely magical! We loved everything from the check-in process to our room to the live music playing in the lobby because we happen to be there during the music festival! The staff was all incredible and so kind! Can’t wait to come back someday!

The location is amazing! The people are very friendly; the view and the ocean are just perfect! Sunsets are so beautiful! You have everything in one location, we were able to snorkel at the cove and we saw quite a few fish! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and Maddie was great help every day. Marimar and Vicente took care of us.

Excellent service from the staff! Check in was smooth and we were greeted with lei, refreshments, and a towel. Yvonne, Chris, Linda, and Summer were great to chat with at Piko Bar in the evenings. Getting a pizza there before closing (9pm) was a nice late snack. Loved chilling at the adult pool. Dinner at Meridia was fantastic. Room Cleaning staff was so nice and gracious and worked with our schedule when we would be out of the room. Resorts grounds were immaculate! Would definitely visit again!

An absolutely beautiful property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only challenge was finding enough child friendly food options, as the property is quite isolated and no restaurants offer delivery there. There are only so many times you can eat the same food at the same restaurant with kids.

We have stayed there twice, already planning our third visit. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, pleasant. Ocean view was amazing. My only negative statement would be, it does not make sense having parents’ breakfast included, but paying for kids for buffet breakfast (would be better if breakfast was included for whole party)

The overall appearance and amenities were excellent. Some minor issues included one restaurant that typically serves breakfast was closed so the breakfast took place further away at the finer dining restaurant. That made our anniversary dinner experience a little less special because we were eating there every morning. The room was cleaned daily but some areas were less than clean like corners of bathroom and tile in shower etc. The beach was very nice and the pools were as well. Food was pretty good. Drinks overpriced as expected. Meridia was actually a great meal. We booked way in advance for our anniversary and initially the host attempted to seat us in an enclosed area with larger parties. I requested a sunset view along the glass barrier and was accommodated quickly. The wine we ordered was no longer in stock and alternate was suggested and was pretty good. There are lots of stairs on property and we didn’t mind the walking. We chose a garden view lanai king room knowing we would not have a view due to others explaining there is a huge residential property in front of the Westin that impedes on the ocean view unless you are in the south section top floor. We were out and about most of our ten days and that didn’t matter to us. We utilized the valet parking which actually costs $41.50 per day but $40.00 as we thought. Keep in mind tipping the valet in addition adds up. We would return to this property based on the overall experience and location.
