"We fell in love with the property with its history and charm. It was the perfect location for Bryce and Zion visits and a wonder place to end the day. We wished we lived closer to stay more frequently but we will keep the place in mind for future travel. The waffles were incredible for breakfast and we cannot express enough how we loved the hummingbirds that were hanging around too! Highly recommend!"

"Great option for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. Very clean. Comfortable bed & pillows. Balcony has a great view and lets in a wonderful breeze. Mini-fridge was convenient to have. "

The (falsely) advertised "breakfast" was non-existent: there were two muffins, one apple juice and one orange juice for two people for two mornings; there was no response to my inquiry regarding "breakfast"; there were no phone numbers to contact anyone associated with the Livery. To use the covid virus as an excuse for not providing breakfast, and still advertising "Bed and Breakfast" is false advertising. "

"Went to Kanab to visit Zion Bryce and antelope canyon. The condo was in a perfect location for our home base. It’s Utah so there is a lot of driving but it was so nice to have a place to come back and relax by the fire and play cards! Clean friendly and comfortable! Already planning a trip back with my husband."

"This absolutely made our trip amazing! The cabins are way cuter in person than we ever expected! The owners were so wonderful welcoming us with a text and the little store was so cute and great for little items you may need. The property was adorable with pickleball courts, a playground and cute fire pits. They also had lots of firewood, lighter fluid and lighters available. It was the perfect location, easily driveable to Zion. Lots of restaurants within driving distance. Parking right...
