"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"This was our fourth stay at Keio Plaza, and we’ve already booked our next trip in December—that probably says it all!
We love the location. It’s right by Shinjuku, so we can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but it’s not smack in the middle of the noise and chaos. It’s the perfect balance. Plus, having the limousine bus stop right at the hotel makes getting to and from Haneda Airport super easy and stress-free.
But honestly, what keeps bringing us back is the people. The Premier Lounge staff are the absolute best. Every time we walk in—whether for afternoon tea or evening cocktails—we’re greeted with the warmest smiles. They make us feel like family, not just hotel guests. "Our stay at the Excel hotel was wonderful. The room size was sufficient, and their bed was soft and clean. Their toilet was a bit small, but that is a given for a Japanese hotel. Regardless, we had an amazing time. The location is probably the best part. Close to the train station, shibuya crossing and shopping centres. Truly convenient. "
