"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"Loved our stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a really good size with everything that we needed. Walking distance to Shinjuku train station. Would definitely recommend for families and would stay here again. "
