Owner did not respond immediately and I didn't know how to get into the apartment causing me to panic. Also, it is on the 4th floor but the lights do not turn on automatically in the hall and stairs. The first night I had to use my phone to see up the stairs. There is a light at the bottom but the first day I didn't see it. Other places the lights have motion censors in the stairways.

When I realized that I could hear loud noise from the street every time the electric trolleybus passed by, I requested a room change. The staff kindly moved me to a different room the next day, and I truly appreciate their effort to make it happen.

What a wonderful experience. Delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff (Karla and Paula are lovely), great water pressure in the shower. Good security, too.
