"Room was clean and spacious. Very nice bathroom and the room was quiet and comfortable. Having the washing machine and small kitchen facilities was a great idea. Easy walking distance to major interest points. Breakfast was fine. The staff professional and friendly and went out of their way to asst with any questions or problems. Would highly recommend "

"This is my go-to hotel every time we visit Kanazawa. Everything is great... clean rooms, service staff, location, amenities. I would keep coming back here. "

"Great location close to Omicho market. Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, Japanese bed robes, fancy toilet, separate shower, good hot water pressure. Hallways were strangely quite dark. We were offered a welcome drink which was appreciated. There is also a free coffee machine in the lobby. Staff were polite and provided loan umbrellas when it was snowing outside. The buffet breakfast was really nice with tasty food and occasional changes to the offering. The breakfast coffee wasn't to my liking however so I used the free machine instead"

"Beautiful brand new boutique hotel in the middle of Higashi Chaya district. Large architecturally interesting rooms with high end material finishes, and attention to detail. Great bathroom. Daily turn down amenity in the fridge. Great coffee/tea station. Anything you’d expect in a 5 star hotel. "

"Our first time and look forward to returning to other onyado Nono locations of this same one in Kanazawa. It was clean (no shoes, tatami mats everywhere), quiet rooms and nicely laid out (missing heated toilet seats) big room for Japan standards . Love the treats after onsen experience (ice cream and noodles). App staff we encourage there’s were very helpful and pleasant."
