น่าจะมีป้ายห้ามส่งเสียงดังชัดเจน เจอผู้เข้าพักชั้นเดียวกันเสียงดัง รบกวนตั้งแต่ 6โมงเช้า1วัน ,WiFi ช่วงเวลาหลัง2ทุ่มมีจำนวนผู้ใช้สูง จึงไม่ค่อยเสถียรบ่อยๆ โดยรวมเรื่องอื่นๆดีตามมาตรฐานครับ

Easy to find.very clean extremely h Easy to find. Very clean, helpful young staff. Good value for money. Good air conditioning and wifi Free drinks in morning. Can not fault but could of done with a second chair in room. Would definitely stay with this chain again

Nice hotel, not too far from Robinson

Good for overnight, like business hotel. Have enough facility for you with good quality of bed to comfortably sleep. And nearby area have cool coffee shop and not too far from Robinson Kanchanaburi.

สถานที่ตั้งดีโครงสร้างของโรงแรมเป็นไปตามมาตราฐานHop Inn, พนักงานต้อนรับก็ไม่ถึงกับแย่และก็ไม่ถึงกับดี อืม.พอใช้, ความสะอาดของห้องมีพนักงานทำความสะอาดดี, ขนาดของห้องไปกันสองคนขนาดพอดีกำลังสะบาย, น่าจะมีห้องอาหารและอาหารเช้าด้วยนะจะดีมากๆ

ここの女性マネージャーはマネージャーとしての職務を果たしているように思えない。

部屋は少し狭め。私的には2人以上での使用はどうかと思う。細かくみれば、施設的にも日本なら修理レベルの部分もあるが、概ね良好。部屋の清掃も概ね良好。シャワーも温水が一応でる。　問題はマネージャーだが、会社のマネージャーは、特にこういう客との対応する場合はクレーム処理をいかに相手の気分を害さず、次の訪問につなげるかで力量の差がでる。ポンプの騒音を長期間放置する。（6か月ほど前、1週間程度騒音が直らなかった。） Wi-Fiがつながらない状態を長期間放置する。下水の水漏れも6か月後再宿泊してもペンキ処理だけでまだ、水漏れはある。また、他の従業員は名前を名乗るが、マネージャーだけは名前を名乗るのを拒否する。こんな状態でマネージャー職務を全うしているといえるのか？ちょっと疑問符がつく。別に気にもしていないが、一応投稿した。

繁華街に近い

タイ国内のホテルはタイの運転免許証でチェックINが可能ですが何故このホテルはオリジナルのパスポートかコピーがないとチェックINできないのか？チェックIN時にホテルの担当者とトラブルがあり、エスペディアは予約時に客に知らせるべきで非情に不親切な対応です。

まあ普通ですね。

このホテルには、もう30泊以上しているので、どの部屋が下水漏れでシャワールームの窓から入ってくるとかもうわかります。普通に使いやすいですね。しかし　従業員は名前を名乗るが女性マネージャーが名前を名乗らない。ホテル側の責任を認めないのはどうかと思います。相手は仕事中なので、名札をつけていてもおかしくありません。

It was fine except for.........

Except for the little salamander running around the room and the salamander droppings on the window shelf! Since I was raised on a farm, I was able to tolerate them being part or the ambience. The room had a musty odor and there was dust on the floor which bothered my wife but didn't bother me.

Nice and Clean hotel for business

Hotel is situated near the centre of downtown. This is a nice budget hotel, the staff is friendly expected from 2 stars hotel. The room is clean and small just enough for a good rest. There are plenty of car parks. I like the way they layout the parking area and rooms. Recommended for business or budget travel.
