"Stay away. House was disgusting, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks upon arrival. We noticed ants, dead and alive, all over the house. In the shower, around the beds and all over the staircase. And to top things off we saw a live lizard in the kitchen. The WiFi also had terrible connection and would drop every 5 minutes. "This was the first hotel we stayed in while vacationing on Okinawa. We were very impressed with how well the staff takes care of their guests. When we drove up to the hotel it started to rain. The staff greeted us, took our bags to the reception area. My daughter and I went into the hotel while my husband was instructed to park our car in the parking lot. He was very much surprised to see one of the staff running towards him after parking the car with an umbrella to shield him from the rain. Check-in was seamless, and as an IHG member, the perks that came with our stay were phenomenal.* While the premises had the look of the 80's, it was well-kept and clean. The view of the ocean from the second floor common area was great. The floor to ceiling windows made it a nice place to read a book and enjoy the warmth of the sun. The pool area was well maintained and there were plenty of towels on hand. The beach area was well organized with beach chairs and umbrellas. We didn't try the floating obstacle course. The laundry facilities were coin-operated and the area was kept clean. I'd definitely stay at ANA Intercontinental Manza Beach Resort again and highly recommend it others. *Cooked to order breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Evening Cocktails. All with a light buffet."
