Spacious holiday home in traditional rustic style with a swimming pool offers a comfortable stay for 6 persons very next to the most visited city in Croatia, Rovinj. Surrounded with greenery with a large private garden with a trampoline, the house has a ruffed terrace with a dining area. On the ground level of the house is a lovely living room with fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the house has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and exit to the big shared balcony. Every room is air-conditioned. In front of the house, there is an outhouse with built-in barbecue and garden furniture. The property offers private parking, and it is located in a small village, Brajkovići, 10 km from Rovinj.

Rovinj is one of the most famous tourist destinations in this area, in the foothill of the Church of St. Euphemia is a favorite gathering place of artists from around the world, with many art galleries and studios, traditional Mediterranean narrow streets and squares, surrounded by beautiful coastline. At a distance of 4km there is a natural attraction Lim Bay, a famous mussel farm, where you can find excellent fish restaurants. Nearby is the medieval town of Dvigrad, which is definitely worth a visit. The nearest airport is in Pula on 30km distance.

Week stay in July 2024

The villa was very modern and only about 4 yrs old and we found it clean and tidy, the pool was excellent in size and well maintained. Table tennis table was good to have as well. Air conditioning was working perfectly. Lots of seating outdoors. Location was excellent for visiting the area of rovinji and pula, Would recommend a week stay here if travelling to Pula
