An indoor whirlpool is available. Children can play on the playground and trampoline or have fun on the bicycles, while parents can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue on the covered terrace or simply relax on the sun loungers by the pool. Table tennis, darts and table soccer are also available. The wellness and fitness area are located on the first floor of the villa, while the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, the living room and the three bedrooms are on the upper floor. During your stay, you can harvest seasonal fruit and vegetables in the villa's garden and enjoy your stay in Istria in every way.This vacation villa is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula near the small town of Kanfanar. The old architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved, and olive trees dominate this area with its warm, Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and the surrounding countryside are well known, not only for its historical and cultural heritage, but also for its excellent authentic Istrian cuisine.

Kanfanar is also a fantastic base for exploring magical Istria - the romantic town of Rovinj is about 18 km from the villa, the centrally located town of Pazin about 20 km, the historic town of Porec about 30 km and the largest city in Istria, Pula, is about 37 km away. Depending on your interests, this place really offers everything. Car is recommended.
