"We stayed over the weekend and were quite happy with our room on the 17th floor. We had a lovely view overlooking Southbank. Our only comment is that the sofa chair near the front door appeared a bit dirty, as if there were water marks or stains on it. Also, on Saturday night, we could hear loud music coming from the Irish pub below. Parking was safe and convenient—we left our car for 24 hours with easy access in and out. "We booked a 2 bedroom my hubby and our 4 kids. The kids enjoyed the pools, the fact that we had the ferry dock literally at the back of the hotel building that left every 15min to go to town was amazing! We took kids to the Wheel of Brisbane only 50cents on the ferry which is awesome for a big fam and dont need to pay for the insane parking at the city. The 2 bedroom was lovely however it has its wear and tear. The queen bed was small for our 6ft 5 hubby and son but comfortable. Thankyou Mark for the friendly service and excellent customer service! Also if you have a truck thats high over 2.3m just fyi book in advance so they have a spot for you. Mark and his colleague were great making sure we had a parking as there’s only 3 for high cars and its $15 a day. Other than that, beautiful view and beautiful perfect place for a family. "
