Very nice three night stay at the Embassy Suites Overland Park. The hotel staff was excellent!! Very easy to check in - and the two rooms we received were perfect. Really enjoyed the impressive breakfast that is available each morning. Definitely will stay here again next time I am in the Kansas City/Overland Park area. Thank you!!

First impression was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are easy to locate. Lots of guests were in the dining/bar area when we arrived and the vibe was good and bustling. Room was clean and stocked. Our two sons slept on the couch bed and everyone slept well and comfortably. Snack options, hot beverages and breakfast service were top notch. Room fixtures and doors were outdated. A bit of mildew in the bathroom tiles. Pool was a bit of a let down. Indoor space had pooled water, and seemed likely impossible to keep dry spaces for walking. Water was really cold. That being said, we all had a comfortable, nice stay and would return.

The free breakfast is main reason we prefer Embassy Suite and usually have a good experience at Hilton properties. However this time was ended up with someone else's bar tab on our room. But the management took care of it right away. Happy ending.

Property was clean and well maintained, bed and pillows were comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Only negative was that the pool area needed attention. Pool water was cloudy and there were several used towel scattered around. I would stay here again.
