"I received an email prior to check in that allowed me to check in online. However, when I arrived it had only checked me in to one of my 2 rooms. I had to finish the check in at the front desk, so it didn't really save me anytime. When we got to the 2 rooms, both of the rooms had not been fully cleaned and had no bedding on any of the beds. They quickly got us a new room, but I was not impressed with their organization. We returned to this same hotel on our return portion of our vacation and check in took 10-15 minutes. There were 2 employees, but again it seemed very disorganized and like everything was taking forever. The following morning I needed to use a computer for work and both computers in their business center were out of order. All in all, it ended up being fine, but I was not impressed. "
