The staff were all very kind and willing to go above and beyond. The facility was clean and the room was very nice. The shuttle drivers were all amazing as well!

My stay was not good due to noise. I checked in and left a 4 am appointment to ride the shuttle to the airport. The clerk on duty assigned me to a floor with a bunch of kids I assume. There was a dance team staying there. At 11:30 pm, I was woken up by a father and son arguing outside their room. I guess they didn't want to disturb the people in their room? Not sure their reasoning for their very loud talking outside my door. Then I finally went back to sleep and was woken up at 1:41 am again with something that sounded like pounding on the doors or ceiling. I could hear it over my white noise. I couldn't tell where it was coming from, but someone was partying. I called the front desk both times. SHe did nothing because she was alone. She couldn't just leave her desk to figure it out. Very miserable night.

The front desk was exceptional & the room was very clean & comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was so appreciated. However there was a large plastic bag and big laundry cart both full of dirty linens in the hallway that we passed by each time we came and went from our room - they both remained there from the time we arrived Wednesday afternoon and left Thursday morning.
