Clean, super pretty, comfortable bedding/pillows, super hot water, nice staff, coffee is good, hot breakfast is good, location is amazing, look up country club plaza in KC, its located on the same black. So you can walk to restaurants stores. Parking garage is nice. Not one single complaint.

I liked the location most. We could enjoy walking the Country Club Plaza near Hotel. I also liked the comfortable bed and pillow. But I didn't like that the room description on the Expedia and the room we got didn't much. Room size, furniture in the room
