The whole hotel reeked of cigarette smell & pot. Even in the room we stayed in. Bed very uncomfortable. Could not sleep there was to much noise from other guest all night long, and also because of the smell. We will never stay t this hotel again. I will also be reporting this to Expedia. This the worst hotel I have stayed in. I will also be posting this on social media

Horrifically dirty gross and unsafe looking

Check in took forever, the hotel looked grundgy and unclean. We checked out 10 minutes after we walked in the room. It was disgusting. It smelled like smoke, it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The lock was broken on the door, and the whole place felt unsafe. The room smelled like mold and cat urine. There was feces in the toilet. You could not pay me enough to spend a night there

Great room

The front desk help was very friendly and check in didnt take long at all. My room was warm and comfortable when i arrived and the bathroom was very clean. No issues at all!!

BEDBUG INFESTED

They have a bedbug infestation. My husband and I were only in the room for about an hour before we were being attacked by bedbugs. We told the front desk and showed them the bugs, they moved us to another room and the same thing happened after about 30 minutes. We left and were refused a refund. They denied there being any bedbugs even though we had brought dead bugs to the desk to show, and several photos, and bites all over us. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Whole place smelled like cigarettes. Key cards don’t work. Staff tried to double charge me. Period blood on one of the beds. Place needs to be demolished. It’s like an abandoned hotel someone started charging people to stay in. It’s that bad.

not all bad

upon arriving on sit the hotel clearly needs maintenance to improve curb appeal it had faded chip paint total lack of perimeter security front entrace was manned but anyone could enter the rear door saw no form of security homeless and vagrants on external property and trash under rear steps i think someone homeless was living there the entire hotel smelled of pot it was the best price we could find in the city which most would consider cheap and at least the rooms were pleasant and secured from inside

Property was dirty and unsafe, room was suppose to be on first floor it was the basement. Smelled musty , carpet was dirty . Room door was not locked it swung open when we went to put the key in the door. The security chain was broken off. Ourtside door to parking lot was not locked , lock was broken , We stayed 5 minutes until we booked another room. Worst hotel ever

Bad start to our trip

Front desk agent was completely confused during the whole process. Had used our reservation slip for a prior guest using out rate. Then after trying for twenty minutes to correct he had to start over and handed us a reservation slip to sign and the date was almost double. He then tried again an finally after 30 minutes he for it right. The room was so run down prior maintenance was absolutely horrendous. Will not stay there again.

Please reconsider and go elsewhere!!!!

When asked if I had a pet, I did confirm I did have one in the car but it was going to family and not staying with us. I was met with yelling and a demand for $50 deposit that I was supposed to receive in full plus $20 per night. I did try to explain but the yelling just increased and I was threatened that there was no way my booking would be honoured. So I did pay the deposit, canceling the arrangement made for my cat, and fully expected the deposit to be refunded. It was not fully refunded, but wasn’t worth going back for. The hotel itself was disappointing and I did keep my room as clean as possible, even though there was obvious neglect. The guy screamed at a guest for smoking in a smoking room because it set off a smoke detector the guest was not responsible for. The guest apologies but the guy screamed he was going to kick him out if he smoked in the smoking room again. This isn’t a professional establishment and there isn’t a hint of a decent amount of human courtesy or honesty here. I don’t recommend it and encourage you to reconsider the place $5-$10 more. I promise it’s worth the extra money to stay elsewhere and avoid this plague.

Not a nice hotel, we left

We ended up leaving this hotel. It's very run down and has bugs. There was even a smashed dead bug on the wall. We wanted to stay at this hotel because it's so close to the airport. I also didn't feel safe here. Very grungy, scary and gross. Also you couldn't even check in until 4:30pm and checkout was supposed to be early too
