Room was clean and had good ac, there was no pool or hot tub so if you’re booking for that don’t. Cheap and clean stay, shower was nice and bed wasn’t horrible. Would book again for a weekend.

The floor in our room had not been cleaned for sometime. We had a cricket in our room that keep us awake. I must say the bed sheets seemed clean and nice. That is why we stayed. The hallway outside our room (the carpet)hadnt been vacumed since forever. It was scary coming into the hotel. The rif raf outside the hotel was questionable to say the least. Smoking up a storm and sitting in the rocks close to the door. Breakfast was very limited.

It's great to make new friends.

I was very disappointed at check-in to find out that niether pool was in working order. There are many vagrants hanging out around the back door. The shower spout was very loose. The curtain rod was not even connected at one end. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were fluffy. The air conditioner works great in room 132. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and stocked. The best things about the whole stay were the other travelers who we met at the front desk or at Breakfast.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Yes there were some guests up late but everyone was peaceful and respectful. Great place to relax for the price!

This was a great location and price for our visit to KC. Renovations are on going, but needs lots more. Just lots of little things not working. Staff and service were great. The breakfast was not the best.

The bed was clean and well made -- perfect for a sleep break after a long day of travel. Sink and shower were clean and in good shape. The area around the place had homeless people and also generally felt less than safe. The lobby and hallways were unclean and/or worn out and dirty. Check in person was friendly.
