It was very conveniently located near the Cancer Center where I was receiving radiation. Staff were always very helpful and kind. Kitchenette was wonderful, only wish was it was furnished a little fuller. Very pleased with my extended stay.

Nice little home away from home

This is the second time we have stayed here. This time was over 3 weeks while we searched for our new home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Manager Shante went out of her way to welcome us and make certain we had everything that we needed. The suites are roomy and we loved the fact that the sleeping area is a separate room. Nice pet area just across the parking lot with good lighting at night. A nice bbq area with tables on the side of the building. Kitchen area was very user friendly with ample storage, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and cooktop. Plenty of other amenities to make our stay even better. Gym, snack machine, 24/7 coffee and laundry facilities. Dryers took a while to dry but eventually got the job done. All in all we would book again if needed and definitely recommend to friends.

Quiet and Comfortable

The property manager and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. My room had an individual thermostat for the room temperature. I enjoyed the water pressure in the shower especially after a long day of work. I would highly recommend this establishment.

House keeping was spectacular. My room was so clean and organized I loved it. However, it took them a week to get to me and I stayed there for 13 days total. Also, trucks are all over the parking lot taking up 3-4 spaces each so that was unfair. Lastly, the laundry room has all broken equipment. Out of 5 washers and 8 dryers there’s like two of each that actually function. I had to take a hammer to one of the machines bc I refused to waste my day requesting a $3 refund from a third party. Probably won’t go back if I needed another long term stay. Kitchen doesn’t have any dishes or anything of worth anyway. You’ll spend more money trying to feel at home. Just get an Airbnb.

Entire property is run down and filthy. Found bedbug in the room. The staff are good people that are employed there and help customers as much as they can. Stay away from this place until it is razed and rebuilt into something else.

interesting STAY

I want to start off by saying it wasn't terrible. The hotel was really quite. The rooms were clean. But I have never heard a hotel that did not have a blanket or a comforter for your bed. They did make the bed with sheets and pillows. Another thing if you run out of toilet paper at night, they will not give you more. until the next morning during regular business hours. They stated there was paper towel that we could use until morning. I was cleaning my room one morning and set my trash outside the door to take to the dumpster... I immediately got a knock on the door with a piece of paper stating their rules of the hotel, as the lady was explaining the rules she was sitting our trash back in my room. Again, not terrible, but will we ever stay there again probably not.

When we got to the room, the lamp by the bed wasn't there and neither was the TV remote. We went down to the front desk and the attendant was able to find us a remote. We told her about the bedside lamp to which she said she will look into it, but never got our room number (not who checked us in). The recliner was partially open and stuck that way, It doesn't close. We decided not to use that. The bed felt extra springy. We pulled off the fitted sheet to find the mattress was flipped upside down. We don't know why and didn't care to look or flip it over. The wifi is spotty. Probably overloaded with guest connections. For the good: -Shower was hot and had amazing water pressure. No draining issues either! -Room was clean. -Items were stocked (coffee etc). -Attendants were friendly -Good Location -Good Price -Safe place to sleep -Quiet hallways -Elevator I'd stay here again and I'd recommend.
