Breakfast was ok, but not as good as we expected. Not many options and not stocked well for later eaters. The room setup was nice, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the two bedrooms rooms and two bathrooms. It would have been nice to have the ice maker on for us or tell us where ice was available.

I have to start off by saying this hotel was amazing! The front desk staff: Super friendly! So helpful, great atmosphere. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our king suite: Quiet, very clean and well stocked. The mattress was super comfortable!!! Best sleep after a 12 hr drive. Big plus for supplying Dove products. Kitchenette: fully stocked. Cleaning staff: super friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast: Eggs, homestyle seasoned potatoes, sausage, waffle maker, oatmeal and other breakfast friendly foods. Morning staff: Awesome and helpful. Overall: Wonderful place to drop in for a pit stop if you're passing through or if you need to stay a while. I can't forget to mention, there are a ton of places to shop, eat etc.

We were at the property for two nights. When we got our room it didn’t appear that the a/c was working very well. I turned it down as we like a cold room as we sleep. I could tell it wasn’t getting any cooler but it was late at night so we stayed in the room until morning. When we got up I went down to the front desk and explained the situation. The person at the front desk suggested something I could try to see if the issue could be resolved. I did what he said and we left for a couple hours. Came back and it still wasn’t working right. So I went back to the front desk and requested another room for the second night and they cheerfully helped get us into another room. Besides the a/c issue the place was great. Rooms were clean. The property was well kept. The breakfast was above average.

I highly recommend this place. It is very comfortable and clean and just a couple blocks from Center Point Med. Additionally, dining and shopping options are less than a mile to two miles away and are easy to access. The breakfast was expansive and the overall feeling of the hotel and rooms was welcoming and spacious.

We’ve stayed here every time we go to Kansas City. Housekeeping failed as I think they only made the bed, never changing the sheets as there was so much hair it was gross. Then the hide a bed had no sheets what so ever. The receptionist was the only one working her tail off on a Friday night trying to help us, check people in and deal with door dash drivers on top of that. She had a lot going on but still was the nicest lady to everyone.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was disappointing. Two drinking glasses in the cupboard were sticky and disgusting. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the room and ran all the dishes through the dishwasher.
