The building was a bit outdated, some repairs were needed to the room but we had a comfortable stay. Management was very helpful. The check in desk was handled virtually by someone from another country. Which made the experience a bit odd.

Solo traveler for Truman Library visit. I usually stay at Marriott or Hilton but chose this hotel for convenience. On the outside it may look rough. But once inside and got to my room - had absolutely no regrets in staying at this hotel. Also location cannot be beat. Overall excellent value. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Check in and check out were a breeze. Wifi is free and fast.

It was okay for one night. Virtual check in during the busiest time was a joke. I was here for the World Cup so the prices were way over inflated. Parking was fine. There was no staff when I checked in. AC worked but was very loud. Clean sheets and towels.

My room was awesome. I had the suite so I had a hot tub in my room that was clean and very relaxing. I\nHad a big, comfortable bed.\nAnd my air conditioner worked great. I loved my room so much that I called in sick to work. The pool was inviting and clean.

Virtual check in was a mess. There was someone with an issue that refused to move despite the agent asking him to multiple times. The agent was pleasant, but the whole interaction was weird to not speak to a physical person, it felt exposed and not private. Breakfast staff was nice and the options were good but the place smelled like mildew. the shower had stains in it. Overall not a good experience.

the outdoor pool was nice and we sat out and enjoyed some sun before dipping in the pool. The big problem was in the middle of the night: I heard water dripping and wondered if something was wrong with the shower. I turned on the light in the bathroom and water was dripping from the vent in the ceiling. In five more minutes, water was dripping from the smoke detector in our room. I went to the front desk, and the attendant quickly moved us to another room. I found out later a pipe was bad on the floor above us. We lost some sleep, but the solution was OK.

Virtual clerk took 30 minutes to get us checked in and get our keys, no human available at check-in. Very frustrating. Black mold on bathroom ceiling, no hot water pressure, TV only had 2 channels. Beds and pillows were comfortable...thank goodness.

Check in sucked using a kiosk with an Indian person that I couldn't understand. 2nd floor room, no elevator(I have a bad knee), they said they didn't have a 1st floor room. Walked in the room, bathroom was disgusting(wouldn't have bath my dog in the tub!), went back to the kiosk and requested a clean room. It's a miracle!! All of a sudden 5 minutes after check in they have a 1st floor room!! No fire sprinklers throughout the motel. Website said coffee maker in room(nope!), front desk said sorry, they were supposed to have removed that. Also said motel was remodeled in 2025, LMAO!! THAT PLACE HASNT BEEN TOUCHED IN YEARS!! NEVER AGAIN!

A pleasant overnight stay.

The first room had a dirty tub so they switched us to a different room. It was nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again at this motel.
