"This hotel has rooms bigger than most typical Japanese hotels. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette. There was car parking available and facilities are clean all around. It’s within walking distance of the hells juku and convenience stores and restaurants too. The only problem is the onsen was nonoperational when we stayed."

"Expedia and their site says they have free airport shuttle...they do not. Someone needs to update now. Carpets were worn out in the halls. The service and friendlyness of the staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at. Also room was huge. "

"ジャカランダの花を見るために行きましたが、時期が遅く少ししか見れませんでしたが、宿の敷地内にもあり、 宿の方が詳しく説明してくださり、楽しめました。 小浜が湯量、温度日本一とは現地で初めて知りました。 目の前のジャカランダ並木、港の海の色、とても素晴らしかったです。"

"The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good."
