"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."

"The best hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything was in pristine condition, well thought of, and the staff were amazing. As soon as we entered the building we were greeted by helpful staff and a wonderful clean and calming aroma. There's a convenience store (Family Mart) that has direct access to the hotel. As well as the Shiomi train station being a 3 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options from Japanese breakfast to traditional American. I definitely recommend this hotel and most likely will come back to this establishment when I'm back in Japan! Thank you! 10/10 "
