"It was a beautiful hotel, with a large room that gave us space to move around with a pretty decent view. The staff were very helpful and nice. The onsen in the hotel was clean and relaxing. There is a family mart connected to the hotel which was very convenient. The train station is short 5 minute walk away, which was also very convenient. There is a restaurant in the hotel as well that we didn’t get the chance to go to because of our itinerary, but they had good options available. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly suggest this hotel to anybody. "

"Really good hotel located very close to Narita airport. The room and facility is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The bus service to airport and the city is very convenient."

"A little confusing where to check in the first day as each tower has its own recetion desk. Good location and lots of places to eat in the complex. Feels like a resort set up. Train station across the road. We were in the main tower, room was older but very clean but no ventilation fan so heated up significantly when anyone showered and A/C does not work well, had the ac set to high and temperature set to the lowest possible over night and the room was still at 24 degrees celcius in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Good place to stay, airport shuttle is very easy to go around disneysea. Is far away from Tokyo and other cities but there are shopping malls around the hotel. We were able to check in and out from Disneysea and come back to the hotel for a quick rest."

"Very convenient location. It was tricky to find initially as the entrance is tucked in the corner behind the check in counters on the departure level (3F) in terminal 3. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the terminal. For travellers arriving from train, the terminal 3 stop is before terminal 1/2. Free shuttle bus between terminals or you can pay for a quicker ride on the train or monorail (easy access from 3F). I booked a superior room with 2 beds, like so many hotels in Japan it is small. Nice bathroom with separate space for bath. "

"Not a great location as very noisy, dirty and didn't feel that safe. Red light area of Shinjuku. Only stayed due to running the marathon, but next time would stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa for the whole trip. "
