"Hotel is excellent. Room design was very good. Made it seem like more space than previous Apa property. Location is near Korea centric food options. The Red Light district is not appealing. Area is dirtier than expected. Tough balance is nice hotel versus less than desirable area. 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Other stations near by"
