  • Enjoy the best of Kauai from Waipouli Beach Resort, a beautiful oceanfront resort centrally located on Kauai’s east side. C203 is a spacious second-floor condo with beautiful mountain views and a glimpse of the ocean, combining the comfort of a private vacation home with the amenities of a resort.

    THE CONDO

    This beautifully appointed 1,312 sq. ft. condo features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering plenty of space for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Its second-floor location provides an elevated outlook toward Kauai’s beautiful mountain scenery, with a small ocean view in the distance.

    The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cooktop and oven, GE Profile microwave, Fisher & Paykel dual-drawer dishwasher, granite countertops, and African mahogany cabinetry.

    The spacious bathroom layout includes two soaking tubs, two showers, multiple vanities, and beautiful Peruvian travertine tile throughout. Both bedrooms have convenient access to their own bathroom areas, with an additional bathroom area accessible from the main living space.

    Wi-Fi is included, along with three flat-screen Smart TVs—one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Guests are welcome to sign in to their own streaming services during their stay.

Wonderful family stay at Waipouli Beach Resort!

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. Our kids ages 5, 7, and 9 loved the slides, lazy river, and hot tub. The resort is on the water with gorgeous views. We would highly recommend for a family vacation!

Definitely a must on your next trip to Kauai!

Love staying here! Family friendly area. Pool has a lazy winding river with waterslides, and multiple jacuzzi’s. It’s well equipped kitchen, and stocked activity area saved us. Very quick response time. Highly recommend

Wonderful condo

This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place!

Single Night Stay

Unit is very nice, easy to hang out in with little kids. We had to open all the doors as it had a musty or pet odor. Kids were in the pool for hours, and the beach is right on the resort. We had a slight issue trying to get pool towels, as they said our unit was "vacant" and there were no registered guests. Overall for one night it met all our needs. Pool and bar was the best part.

Staycation

We are a ‘Ohana, born and raised on the beautiful island of Kaua’i. Our apartment was set for fumigation so we decided to head east and stay at the Waipouli resort for a few days. Our property manager Richie was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and made everything so smooth and easy to navigate during our stay. We loved the condo and was surprised on how perfectly spacious it was for our family of four. The pool was awesome and the beach just a short walking distance from our room. We gathered ‘0pihi (limpets) fresh from the ocean and paleu it on the grill. It was so ono (delicious) & although the weather was on and off rainy and very windy, we sure had a great time and would definitely do it again. Mahalo

Great Location and Property

We really enjoyed our time in Kauai. Since we have 2 older teens, we really wanted something bigger than a hotel room and this condo did not disappoint. It had 2 big bedrooms, a sofa with a pull out bed, and 3 bathrooms. One bathroom only had a tub, one bathroom only had a shower, and the other bathroom had a tub and shower. All of the bathrooms had toilets and sinks which was very helpful with 2 teenagers. The condo was very well stocked and had plenty of beach equipment. With the Safeway across the street, we ate most of our meals at the condo which saved so much time and money. And we only had to buy food, because the condo had everything else we needed. Our host was very responsive when we reached out. The condo was at a great location. We were able to easily get to Weimea Canyon, the lighthouse and everything in between from the condo while still being close to the airport. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at the resort, and the beautiful beach at the resort was quiet and felt secluded anytime we went there. We were able to watch the beautiful sunrise every morning at the beach too. We loved Kauai and this condo made our time there even better. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Location of the condo could not have been better, we were 20-30 minutes from everything we wanted to do except for Waimea Canyon. The beach at sunrise was majestic and the pool in the afternoon after morning adventures was the perfect way to wind down the day. The condo w/ 2 master suites was perfect for two couples traveling that wanted private space with a central living area to play games or watch movies. Will 100% be reaching out to come back to this property in the future.
