  • This makes the perfect Base Camp for walkers and car users. Close to public transportation and the Beach (short 10 min walk) The charm of the Cottage and the amenities will enhance your visit. We are close to downtown Kapaa (5 min. walk).
    To our New Guests and our repeating Guests, we are constantly upgrading the accommodations at Ohia Kai Vacation Rentals. In our units you will find new bathrooms, Kitchen (in the Hale), new flooring, new draperies, and fresh paint.
    ATTENTION; By order of the Kauai Planning Department we are required to tell you, this property is in the Tsunami Evacuation Zone. You will find Evacuation Information and the route in your rental
